Kitra Dashboard: Your Control Center

When you first log into Kitra, you land on the Dashboard.
This is your home base,  a single place where you can see what’s coming up, what’s already been captured, and what actions you can take next.

Think of the dashboard as a live overview of your day, your meetings, and your notes  without needing to jump between tools.

Welcome Section

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a simple welcome message with your name.

This confirms:

  • You’re logged into the correct workspace

  • You’re viewing your personal dashboard

  • Everything you see below is tailored to your account and activity

From here, the dashboard is split into a few key areas.

Notifications Panel

On the right side of the Reminders page, you’ll see a Notifications panel.

This area will show:

  • Important reminder-related updates

  • System alerts related to email delivery

It helps you stay informed without cluttering your inbox.

Upcoming Events

The Upcoming Events card shows all meetings scheduled for today and the days ahead.

Here you can:

  • See whether you have meetings scheduled or not

  • Instantly understand your availability at a glance

  • Stay aware of what’s coming without opening a separate calendar

Each event is automatically pulled from your connected calendar (such as Google Calendar), so there’s no manual syncing required.

Meeting types supported

Your upcoming events may include:

  • Google Meet meetings

  • Zoom meetings

  • In-person meetings

  • Any calendar event with a meeting link

If there are no upcoming meetings, Kitra clearly tells you,  so you’re never left guessing whether something is missing or not.

Latest Note

Next to Upcoming Events, you’ll see the Latest Note section.

This area shows:

  • The most recent meeting note captured by Kitra

If you don’t have notes yet, you’ll see a clear prompt explaining that you can invite the Kitra Notetaker to start capturing AI-powered meeting notes.

Once you start using Kitra Notetaker, this section becomes your quick access point to:

  • Recent summaries

  • Key discussion points

  • Action items from your meetings

It’s designed so you don’t need to search for your latest work.

Invite Notetaker Button

On the top-right side of the dashboard, you’ll find the Invite Notetaker button.

This is one of the most important actions on the dashboard.

When you click it:

  1. A modal opens

  2. You’re asked to paste a meeting link (Google Meet or Zoom)

  3. Kitra Notetaker will join the meeting quietly

  4. Notes are automatically captured and shared after the meeting ends

You don’t need:

  • Special permissions

  • Manual recording

  • Any setup beyond pasting the link

This makes it easy to start capturing notes even for meetings that weren’t scheduled in advance.

Calendar View

Below the event and notes sections, you’ll find the calendar view.

This calendar gives you:

  • A clear monthly overview

  • Visual confirmation of meeting dates

  • Easy navigation between months

Dates with meetings are highlighted so you can:

  • Quickly spot busy days

  • Plan ahead

  • Avoid overbooking

The calendar stays in sync with your connected calendar, meaning any changes you make outside Kitra are reflected automatically.

How Everything Works Together

The dashboard isn’t just a summary,  it’s designed to connect everything you do in Kitra:

  • Bookings create calendar events

  • Calendar events appear in Upcoming Events

  • Meetings can be captured using Notetaker

  • Notes show up instantly in Latest Note

  • All activity stays visible without switching tools

This flow helps you move from scheduling → meeting → notes → follow-up without friction.
