

Kitra Meeting Notes helps you capture, organize, and manage your meetings in one place.
This guide focuses on two main areas:
The Meeting Notes Library
The Notetaker Settings

Meeting Notes Library
To access your meetings:
Go to
Notes → Meeting Notes
This opens your Meeting Notes Library, your central hub for all recorded meetings.
What You’ll See
Inside the library, you can:
View all captured meetings
Search past notes
See the meeting source (Google Meet / Zoom)
Check the status (Ready / Failed)
Open any meeting
Each meeting appears as a row with basic details like date, duration, and status.
If no meetings are recorded yet, you’ll see a message prompting you to connect your calendar or start notes manually.
Starting a New Recording
From the Meeting Notes page, click:
Invite Kitra Notetaker
You can paste a Google Meet or Zoom link and start notes manually.
Once the meeting ends, it will appear inside your Meeting Library.
Notetaker Settings
To configure how Kitra joins your meetings:
Go to:
Notes → Notetaker Settings
This is where you control automation, permissions, and summary behavior.
Calendar Connections
You can connect:
Google Calendar
Outlook Calendar
Connecting a calendar allows Kitra to detect meetings automatically and stay organized by event.
If meetings are not appearing correctly, you can refresh your connection.
When Should Kitra Join?
Choose how Kitra behaves:
All video calls
Joins any meeting with a Meet or Zoom linkMeetings I host
Only joins meetings where you are the organizerManual only
Kitra never auto-joins — you start notes manually
Choose the option that matches your workflow.
Domain Restrictions (Optional)
You can restrict Kitra to only join meetings with specific email domains.
If left empty, it can join meetings with anyone.
Summary Email Settings
You can control who receives meeting summaries:
Email the summary to yourself
Email everyone who attended
Click Save after making any changes.
