How to Access Settings:
Log in to your Kitra account
Click on your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner
Select Settings
You’ll see multiple tabs at the top of the page:

Profile Settings
The Profile tab controls how you appear to others and how people book meetings with you.
Public Booking URL
Your public booking URL is the link you share so others can schedule meetings with you.
This link leads to your booking page
You can copy it and share it anywhere (email, website, social media)
Once your username is set, it cannot be changed
Use case:
Share this link with clients or teammates to let them book time with you instantly.
Profile Picture
Your profile picture appears on your booking pages.
Click on the avatar to upload a new image
Recommended: square image, minimum 200×200px
A clear profile picture helps make your booking page more personal and professional.
Profile Information
Here you can manage basic personal details:
Full Name – visible on booking pages
Username – part of your booking URL (locked after setup)
Bio (optional) – a short description about you
This information helps visitors understand who they’re booking a meeting with.
Security Settings
The Security tab helps you manage account protection and login methods.
Email Address
You’ll see:
The email linked to your account
The login method used (Google or Email/Password)
This ensures transparency over how your account is authenticated.
Password Management
If you use email/password login:
You can reset your password at any time
Password resets are handled securely via email

Notifications Settings
The Notifications tab lets you control what emails Kitra sends you.
